Buyer Details
Buyer details page gives you the complete details of the buyer for the selected time period.
Steps to view the details of the buyer
- Hover over the Reports menu near the Products & Categories menu.
- Select the Buyer Wise option from the drop down.
- Select the buyer email from the buyers list by clicking on the Buyer Email.
Now the selected buyer details will be displayed in the buyer details page.

Buyer Basic details
The basic details of the buyer like the Buyer Email, First Purchased Date and Last Purchased Date are displayed at the top of the page. There will also be a mention of Unidentified buyers in some cells of the report. Unidentified buyers are the buyers who have purchased fulfilment by Amazon.
Total Orders
It shows the total number of orders purchased by the buyer during the selected time period.
Total Units
It shows the total number of units purchased by the buyer during the selected time period.
Revenue
It shows the total sales value of shipped and pending units as revenue. Pending units are calculated manually from listing price and updated automatically with actual price, once the units are shipped
Est. Net Profit
It is the approximate profit value, calculated based on the total revenue from orders by deducting the cost such as Amazon fees, promotion and tax.
i.e: Est. net profit = Revenue - Cost
Here, Cost = Amazon fees + Promotions + COGS + Expenses
Avg. Revenue Per Order
It is the average sales value of the order.
i.e: Avg. revenue per order = Total revenue / Total orders
Prime Orders Count
It is the total number of prime orders made by the buyer.
Business Orders Count
It is the total number of business orders made by the buyer.
Return Overview
This section will give you the details about the returns that has been carried out within the chosen date range. Hovering over the bars gives you the details about the return units, return values, return percentages for that concerned time frame.
Return Units
Gives you the details about the retuned units in a given time frame.
Return Value
Gives you the details about the total sales values of the returned units within a given time frame.
Return Percentage
Gives you the details about the percentage value of returned units from the total units purchased for the chosen time frame
Most Shipped Location
It gives you the shipped location where most of the orders are shipped.
Top Dispositional Status
It provides you the dispositional status of the returned products like Sellable, Damaged and Defective.
1. Sellable Units
It shows the total returned units from the buyer which can be sold again.
2. Damaged Units
It shows the total damaged units which are returned from the buyer.
3. Defective Units
It shows the total defective units which are returned from the buyer.
Top 5 Purchased Products
This bar chart displays the top 5 purchased products by the buyer based on the units, revenue and Est. net profit. You can switch among Units, Revenue, and Est. net profit from drop down provided in the top right corner of the chart.
Top 5 Returned Products
This bar chart displays the top 5 returned products from the buyer based on units, return value. You can switch between Units and Return Value by clicking on the buttons given in the top right corner of the chart.
